Twin Tower Photo Manipulation Art - Photoshop Tutorial
I create the "Twin Towers" photo manipulation art in Photoshop. Using a slightly darker effect that adds a sense of mystery and to add art to the photo manipulation I added a painting effect using Oil Paint. Enjoy!
