How To Create a Red Pixels Text Effect In Photoshop
In this tutorial we will learn how to create a red pixels text effect in Photoshop. It is easy and simple; we use the Gaussian Blur filter, Sharpen, Mosaic. We will use red text on a dark background.
Step 1
Create a new document with a dark background color; change the color of Set Foreground Color red. Activate Horizontal Type Tool and set it as in the picture below!

Step 2
Duplicate the layer "PIXELS". Still in the layer PIXELS right click select Rasterize Type.
Step 3
Go to Filter -> Blur -> Gaussian Blur.
Step 4
Go to Filter -> Sharpen -> Sharpen and press Ctrl + F on the keyboard three times.
Step 5
Go to Filter -> Pixelate -> Mosaic.
Go to Filter -> Pixelate -> Mosaic.
Step 6
Do the same as in step number 4.

Add a Gradient Overlay and Drop Shadow Copy PIXELS layer.
