Photoshop Tutorial Photo Effect Unique Color

In this tutorial, I'm going to show you how to make a cool photo effects with unique colors green and blue in Photoshop. To create this effect, I will start with Field Blur - Tilt Shift. Then I'll use Photoshop layer blend modes, layer mask, and brush for light rays. Enjoy!
