Create a Face Photo Effects Photoshop Tutorial

In this tutorial I am going to show you how to create a face photo effects in Photoshop. We'll make a splatter style of photo model then combines some stock picture as a background. The technique we will learn is a mask layer, adjustments, painting techniques, and some blending. Enjoy!
