Make a Photo Manipulation With Snow Effect In Photoshop

In this tutorial, I'm going to show how to make a realistic photo manipulation with falling snow effects in Photoshop. To create a snow fall effect I use a custom brush on a layer style Outer glow and inner glow and then I add a mask to the new layer, for a more complete you can see in the video below !.
